All items are eligible for free returns, and can be returned for a flat £2.50 fee (we will deduct this from your refund), up to 2 items can be returned using Royal Mail, you will need to attach ‘ID8000 consumer commodity label’. Your post office can supply you with this, or we can send you one to print.
You have 28 days following delivery of your goods to return the item to us for an exchange or refund.
If your item(s) is damaged or has a manufacturing fault we may be able to offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges. Please return your product(s) using the Royal Mail service listed above.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Once the item(s) is returned a member of our Customer Care will inspect the item to determine the cause of the fault and whether you are entitled to a refund.
If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we are only able to do so subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
Refunds will be made to your original payment provider. Please allow 3 days for the refund to credit your account.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days without giving a reason. The 14 days start from the day after you receive the goods.
What are the Distance Selling Regulations?
The UK Distance Selling Regulations advise you have 14 working days to cancel the contract for your order with us and we will issue you with a refund.
The 14 working days starts from the day after you receive your order.
To comply with the Distance Selling Regulations we need written confirmation of cancellation from you.
Items returned without written confirmation are not covered under ‘Distance Selling Regulations’ and will not be eligible for a Refund.
